Streamlined IT at Circle One with internal knowledge base and help documents.

Developed IT budgeting, software, hardware, and user tracker databases at Circle One Marketing, along with internal knowledgebase for employees

Developed a digital signage system using Flash Tools to streamline regional and internal information feeds, including companywide events (incl. exchange calendaring), spotlight creative work, and other company wide announcements.

Developed inventory tracking, query and reporting systems; including a part maintenance and asset tracking system used by The Genius Staff at the Palisades Apple store.

Created hand held “cheat sheets” of the Apple computers for the floor management and staff to allow for quick access to specs, prices and comparison.
